About White Bluff
White Bluff is located at (36.098608, -87.965114). The town lies on the Cumberland River in central Dickson County, just south of Interstate 40 and west of Nashville. Tennessee State Route 45 passes through White Bluff as Main Street; it leads north to downtown Nashville and southeast to Ashland City, the county seat. According to the United States Census Bureau, White Bluff has a total area of , all land except for a small strip along its southern border where water runs off from nearby hills into tributaries that feed into Cane Creek Lake reservoir (partly within neighboring Cheatham County).
