About North Las Vegas

North Las Vegas is located in the Las Vegas Valley. It is bordered by the cities of Las Vegas and Henderson, and unincorporated communities of Paradise City, Spring Valley, Sunrise Manor and Enterprise. The city’s slogan is “Industry & Innovation”. The city currently has a large industrial sector made up of businesses involved in warehousing and distribution as well as manufacturing; however it has been diversifying to attract other business sectors including technology companies who are drawn to North Las Vegas' lower operating costs when compared with other areas within Clark County such as Downtown or The Strip (Las vegas).
