Lusby's location provides residents with easy access to Solomons Island Road which runs along Stoney Creek in Calvert County as well as Route 4 which leads into Prince George's County via MD-4 and then onto Interstate 95 or U.S.-Route 1/Upper Marlboro/Annapolis areas via US-50 & US 301 respectively; thus providing quick access throughout Southern Maryland region including Washington D..C., Baltimore City & Anne Arundel County, Maryland suburbs such as Columbia & Laurel among others in addition to Northern Virginia regions like Arlington county, Fairfax county etc...
