Bacolod is served by domestic and international flights through Bacolod City Domestic Airport and the Bacolod-Silay International Airport. The city is also home to the University of St. La Salle, one of the largest Catholic universities in Asia; as well as a number of other colleges and universities such as AMA Computer College, Lyceum Northwestern University - Iloilo Campus, Southwestern University (Philippines), Negros Occidental High School – Main Campus (formerly known as "Negros Occidental Provincial High School"), Colegio de la Purisima Concepcion de María Auxiliadora or simply CPC among others. It has two football teams in Philippine Football League: Ceres–Negros F.C., which plays at Panaad Stadium located inside Panaad Park & Stadium complex; while Loyola Meralco Sparks F.C., which plays at Moro Lorenzo Field Reservation located within Loyola Heights Subdivision Complex along MacArthur Highway corner Jaro Street Extension near downtown area..
