About Hubballi

Hubli-Dharwad is the fastest growing twin city in Karnataka. Hubballi has been selected as one of the hundred Indian cities to be developed as a smart city under PM Narendra Modi's flagship Smart Cities Mission. The Government of Karnataka has set up a special purpose vehicle called HUBLI SMART CITY PRIVATE LIMITED (HSCC) for implementation and execution of various projects related to development and growth including infrastructure, education, health etc., in Hubballi-Dharwad Municipal Corporation area on PPP model with private participation from both domestic & international investors.
