Vieux-Bourg (French pronunciation: [vjø bɔʁ]; Creole: Bouè) is a commune in the French overseas department of Guadeloupe, in the Lesser Antilles. It is part of the urban area of Pointe-à-Pitre and has a population of 18,835 inhabitants at the 2012 census. Vieux Bourg was originally called "Petit Bourg" ("Little Village"), but its name changed to reflect that it was no longer considered little compared with nearby Grand'Anse and Basse Terre Island.
