Crescent Beach is a beachside community within the South Surrey town centre of Surrey, British Columbia, Canada next to Boundary Bay and Mud Bay, across from Delta, British Columbia. It is home to 1,200 residents, mostly in single-family homes.


Crescent Beach is located on the eastern shore of Boundary Bay, and is bounded by Highway 99 to the north, Crescent Road to the east, and Mud Bay (which separates it from Delta) to the west. The area was originally developed as a summer resort community in 1912. It has been home for many notable residents including former Premier Bill Vander Zalm who lived there until his death in 2018.
