Phnom Penh is a centre for Cambodian culture and entertainment, with numerous restaurants featuring traditional Khmer cuisine. The city hosts the Phnom Penh International Airport, the Royal Palace of Cambodia (now home to the National Museum), as well as various national cultural institutions: National Library of Cambodia, Royal University of Fine Arts (RUFA) and Conservatory Art School. The name "Phnom Penh" means "Hill City", and was probably given to it because it was built on an incline that overlooks a river by that name at its source in present-day Roluos village in Siem Reap Province north east of Angkor Borei district near Sisophon town.
